The Guesthouse Hotel

The Guesthouse Hotel was Inherit Hotel Group’s first venture and the creation of partners and husband and wife team, Dave and Simona Krug.  It was a born from a building initially meant to be luxury condominiums and converted to a boutique hotel during the country’s economic downturn in 2008.  The 25-unit boutique Hotel features one, two- and three- bedroom accommodations.  It has drawn mass appeal and become a home-away-from-home to travelers who want a unique and personalized hotel experience.  The Hotel is situated in the quaint and culturally rich neighborhood of Andersonville in Chicago, which features a diverse array of award winning restaurants, bars, and boutiques.   The Guesthouse Hotel continues to receive accolades and press for it’s spacious accommodations, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service curated by General Manager, Rick Verkler.
