The second of Inherit Group’s hotels, Colton House Hotel showcases a brand-new hotel concept in Austin, Texas. Like The Guesthouse Hotel, Colton House combines residential luxuries with upscale boutique hotel amenities in a vibrant Austin neighborhood. Designed by Austin-based LEVY Architects, 80 suite-based accommodations range from 460 - 1,170 square feet with room types that include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, and are fully equipped with a kitchenette or full kitchen and living room. The Hotel features a spacious lobby, library, coffee and wine bar, outdoor patio, and pool.
