Terms and Conditions

  • Standard reservations canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night of the reservation, plus tax. This does NOT apply to Group and Long Term reservation. Those reservation cancellation policies can be found on their applicable contracts. Cancellations through third party sites may incur additional fees.

  • Guests with confirmed reservations giving no notice to cancel (no-show) will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

  • Refunds will not be offered should guests check out earlier than the confirmed departure date of the reservation.

  • A 17.4% Chicago Hotel and Occupancy Tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be added to your reservation.

  • Reservation holder must be 21 years or older and present to check-in to the suite. For your protection, we will ask to see the credit card used and ID which must match the reservation. At check-in, a $250 hold will be placed on your credit/debit card to cover incidental charges.

  • Parking is available by reservation only for an additional fee. Please note we have limited space for large SUVs, trucks and cannot accommodate trailers.

  • Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm and our front desk team is available around the clock to personally check you in. If you arrive early, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and we will be happy to notify you know once your suite is ready.

  • Check-out time is 10:00 am.

  • To conserve our natural resources and respect our guests' privacy, daily housekeeping is available as an optional service. Your suite will be fully stocked with extra linens and amenities.

  • The Guesthouse Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property including patios, balconies and roof deck.
